Tony Thompson - Co-Owner and President
Tony Thompson, owner and president of Remodeling Services Unlimited, has over 40 years of industry experience. He actively participates in the leadership of the NAHB, the Home Builder's Association, and the Remodelor's Council on a national and local basis. Tony is a NAHB Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), Certified Green Professional (CGP). Tony is also a South Carolina Certified Master Builder.
Tony works according to his business philosophy: treat everyone fairly and honestly; do what you say you'll do, when you say you'll do it; and accept conditions as they exist or accept responsibility for changing them. Tony is a committed member of Rotary International and adheres to the creed, "Is it the Truth, Is it Fair to all concerned, and will it build Good Will and better Friendships? Will it beneficial to all concerned?" Tony also enjoys running, cycling, fishing and boating.

Allyson Way Hank - Co-Owner and Vice President
Allyson Way Hank is a licensed Residential Builder with over 25 years experience in home building and remodeling. She joined Remodeling Services in 2013 and became Co-Owner in 2017. Allyson is a third generation home builder in South Carolina. As Vice President of Way Construction, her family's General Contracting firm, Allyson managed residential and new commercial construction as well as remodeling. Later, with the Mungo Company, she was a Production Manager in the production building division before becoming President of Sovereign Homes - Mungo's custom and semi-custom division. Allyson brings years of custom designing and building experience to Remodeling Services.
Allyson is in the very small percentage of women who lead construction companies. The National Association of Home Builders reports that less than 10 percent of the construction industry is made up of women and only a fraction of the companies have women at the helm. Remodeling Services Unlimited was formed to build and remodel homes and commercial spaces for those looking for classic elegance, upscale detailing and a home building experience that is enjoyable and low pressure. Allyson works with her clients to design and build their own unique project from start to finish.
